Week 6

This week was CRAZY!  I'll start from the beginning.  When Mom and Dad brought me home from the hospital I noticed there were a lot of brown boxes around the house.  I mean, I don't know much, I'm just a baby...and a little one at that, so I just figured that it was normal to have a maze of brown things towering above everything.

Then, we went to a few other houses, and I noticed that nobody else had those same boxes around.  So, I figured that maybe that was just how they decorated.  I mean, who am I to say what is in style?

Well, this weekend it all started to make sense.  See, I woke up on Saturday morning and there was alot of activity.  There were tons of people around and all of a sudden the whole house was empty; my room too!  I got a little worried that Mom was making good on her joke of dropping me off at the fire department (she said that once when I was really sad and cried a lot one night).  Then I realized that EVERYTHING was packed, not just my room, so it seemed like something big was happening.

Anyways, after a lot of work, and a few days, it seems like we just moved.  I don't really understand it all, but I do really like our new house.  I think Mom needs to work on my paint though, my room is all blue and I'm a girl, not a BOY!

So, in honor of our move, Mom said we were going to do something a little different for my weekly photo.  I hope you like it!

Oh!  And, in all the hub-bub I forgot to tell you, I smiled for the first time on Friday.  Mom picked this picture because you can see how cute my little smile is.

And, just because I know you all like them, here are the outtakes from this week.

Outtakes:

Mom liked this one because you can see how chubby I'm getting.  See how you can't even see my neck!  She's starting to call me "Chunky Monkey" but I convinced her not to use it.  Someday my boyfriend is going to see these pictures!

"The new house is AMAZING!"

This picture and the one below it go together.  Mom drew a little circle, she thought it was funny that she caught me spitting up in an action shot.  HA!  I guess I do it often enough that I'm not surprised it made the blog.

Week 5

I'm 5 weeks old!

This fabric came from Mrs. Ware, she used to be my mom's principle when she was in elementary school.  I know I've got a few years to go, but I can't wait until I get to go to school too.  Mom picked this fabric for me this week because it's fall, and that reminds her of the end of summer and going back to school.

Outtakes:

My "studious" face.

Being silly....

Doing the Sprinkler dance

And...I'm done!!

Week 4

Can you believe I'm already 4 weeks old!  Mom can't!!  I think she might be a little sad I'm growing so quickly, but I told her it's ok...just means that she's doing a good job.

Mom said that this week was a pretty important week, aside from me turning 1 month old, it's the beginning of football season, and the first Packers v Bears game of the year.  Luckily Grandpa got me the perfect fabric for my weekly photo (Thanks, Grandpa and Grandma!!).

I just need a little pompom to hold onto.

Dad wasn't any too happy about mom's pick of fabric for this week, but heck...nobody got me any Bears fabric so Mom and I both decided it was fair game.  Besides, everyone knows I'm a Packer fan at heart!!

Outtakes:

That's what Dad had to say about it.

"Go Pack, Go"

"Touchdown!!!!"

Week 3

This weekend was Labor Day weekend.  Mom picked out a pretty fabric that looked like a table cloth and ants because picnics and Labor Day go hand in hand.

We did alot of driving this weekend but we got to see so many people.  We spent Saturday and Sunday morning at the lake with Dad's family and then we drove to Freeport and spent Sunday evening and Monday with Mom's family.  Like I said, lots of driving, but totally worth it.  Mom's got some pictures of me and my cousin, Kayden that she can't wait to share.

Outtakes:

Mom and Dad haven't decided who I look like just yet, but Mom said this my tongue defiantly comes from her.  See...

Mom really wanted to use this picture for my weekly picture but I'm a little blurry because I move alot.

She liked this one too....

I was trying to show how big I can be!!  Or maybe my jump shot moves.
